Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall Webwise Workz Pte Ltd or its suppliers or resellers be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidential, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, tort, contract, or otherwise, shall Webwise Workz Pte Ltd or its suppliers or resellers be liable to you or any other person for any content of your website or any other files.
Sending bulk/spam e-mail from web server or relaying bulk/spam e-mail through web server or spamming / spoofing e-mail is not allowed.
Use of the Webwise Workz Pte Ltd service to access, or to attempt to access the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate security measures of Webwise Workz Pte Ltd's or another entity's computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, is expressly prohibited and the offending account is not allowed.
Distribution and/or posting of copyrighted or the aforementioned infringements or virus is not allowed.
Use of the Webwise Workz Pte Ltd service to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way, including, but not limited to child pornography is not allowed.
Service fee may apply for system update for security matters if necessary OR request by the customer.
The account of which outstanding balance of any contracts / account or over usage or acting the activities which are not allowed will immediately be terminated and charges may apply.
Webwise Workz Pte Ltd will adjust or create website/s ONLY for most commonly use web browsers. Additional charges may apply for further adjustments for other web browsers request by the customer.
Full payment is required to proceed the order. All payments are non-refundable, regardless of early cancellations or any cases.
Services automatically renew unless inform us by email to cancel 3 weeks before the expiry date.
