How many days does it take to get my premium web design website ready? |

What does it mean for storage space and data transfer? |

The storage space is used to store web pages, document files, images, emails and database. For average web page or email which take storage space around 100K, 2 GB storage space can be stored around 20,000 web pages or emails. Whenever visitors view your website, the data transfer to and from the web server and the visitors' computer. That data transfer will be used from the monthly data transfer allow for you. Sending or receiving emails will also be used the data transfer allocations. For monthly data transfer of 30 GB, visitors can view 300,000 web pages every month for average page size of 100K per page. |

Where are your servers located? How about security & backup? |

The servers are located in Washington Data Centers in US. All servers are Tier 3 level, protected by firewall and other security systems. The servers are taking care by experienced server engineers 24/7. All servers are backed up daily to dedicated backup servers. |

What will happen if you are not around tomorrow? What if I want to change vendor? |

We provide you with full access to manage email accounts, ftp (for download and upload files), and manage databases. You can save the whole website (all the files) and database to your computer or burn into CD. You can get your website up & run at another web hosting provider using your backup files and database. |

Will you design for me or I have to choose from your design gallery? |

Will my web page be exactly as in the design in the gallery? |

The web page layout and images in the premium web design gallery is for presentation purpose only. Your web page layout may differently from what you see in the design gallery. Our professional web page designer will create the web pages layout suitable for your business. The overall design will be the same for all pages so that your website visitors can feel the consistency of your website. |
